Olá,
A university student starting your 3rd or 4th year for your engineering / IT / business administration degree. You are an advanced English speaker and a self-starter who can work independently, as well as in a team environment. You are comfortable with finding, analyzing and developing alternative solutions to problems. You know how to create impactful and concise presentations and know your way around an Excel spreadsheet. You are curious about digital payments, payment technology and eCommerce.
As a Payments Intern, you will :
Collaborate with Customer Solutions to resolve customer issues related to Wix Payments and Billing;
Provide support and service to high-value merchants and payment providers regarding operational issues;
Work closely with the BI Team to organize, track and keep everyone informed about payments, operational KPIs and goals for Premium and Wix Payments;
Assist the Brazilian Payments Team with research, interviews and meetup events;
Work on competitive analysis and payment trends.
