Fiz mais uns testes, com 3 alternativas {raster, ncdf4, RNetCDF} para escrever o arquivo NetCDF a partir de uma matriz. Acredito que seja possível melhorar o script do RNetCDF. Se alguém puder colaborar, será bem-vindo.
